The South Charleston Arts & Crafts Mound Festival is coming up on Saturday, September 9. If you need a break from shopping, visit with SCPL staff and our special guests, the Itty Bitty Therapy Horses, between 11am and 2pm around the mound. These miniature horses are sure to add some happiness to your day!
